Paige Kroner, Co-Chairman
Paige Kroner brings over 20 years of aviation experience to the Business Aviation Group. Having held leadership roles in FBO management, flight operations, budget management, event planning, and government affairs, Paige offers a unique blend of executive acumen and strategic solutions for program management, aviation operations, business planning, and market analysis.
Paige participates on a variety of industry boards and committees focused on public policy initiatives, transportation programs, community education, and networking opportunities. She has been honored for her industry commitment and leadership with the Women in Corporate Aviation’s Leadership Scholarship and NBAA’s Silk Scarf Award.
Justin Kinckle, Co-Chairman
Justin Kinckle’s interest in aviation is lifelong. After graduating from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Justin was hired as a First Officer with Atlantic Southeast Airlines.
During the onset of the recession in 2009, realized that his passion lay with the business of aviation and the industry as a whole. He worked his way back into aviation after earning an MBA. He has since furthered his education in sales growth and negotiation from Cornell University and Harvard University.
Justin is now Vice President of Sale – Americas for UAS International Trip Support and one of the 2020 National Business Aviation Association’s Top 40 Under 40.
Lee Rafalko, Treasurer
Lee Rafalko is the Aviation Finance and Scheduling Manager for Corteva Agriscience based in Wilmington, Delaware.
A graduate of Marywood University, in Scranton, Pennsylvania, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Aviation Management and a Commercial Pilot License. He also holds a Dispatch Certificate through Universal Weather & Aviation.
Lee has worked as a scheduler/dispatcher for various charter management and organ transplant companies before coming to DuPont and Corteva Agriscience. He was recognized in 2021 as one of the National Business Aviation Association’s Top 40 Under 40.
Kim Cifelli Lucas, Membership
Kim Cifelli Lucas brings along diverse business aviation experience. Starting in air charter sales 40 years ago with a then unique concept in charter brokering called Direct Airway. That path took her to Teterboro then to a heliport in Weehawken.
After a long sabbatical from the industry, Kim returned to corporate aviation in the billing department with Aircraft Services Group then moved closer to home at KTTN with Aviation Charters. Rounding out her miles, Kim is now with the QC Department at Jet East Corporate Aviation.
Ronald Crosler is a FAA Certificated Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic. He started his career in the United States Airforce in 1982.
His career expands across Airline, Corporate and General Aviation. Because of his love and Passion for Aviation, Ron became a FAA Designated Mechanic Examiner/Technical Personnel Examiner (DME/TPE). He enjoys taking apart in bringing new FAA Certificated Airframe and Powerplant technicians into the Industry. Ron is currently the Quality Assurance Manager for multiple Dassault Aircraft Services facilities in New Castle Delaware, Teterboro New Jersey, Stuart Florida and St. Louis Missouri.
Cliff Perry, Secretary
Cliff Perry is the Regulatory and Technical Training Supervisor for Dassault Aircraft Services in New Castle Delaware. Cliff started his Aviation Career in High School.
Shortly after graduation in 1995, he received his FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certification. Cliff started his career in a MRO, and prior to Dassault Aircraft Services, he was a Director of Maintenance for a Corporate Flight Department. Cliff enjoys teaching people about the endless opportunities in aviation.
Tyler Banas, Marketing
Tyler Banas has roots in aviation that are three generations deep. Tyler steadily earned his licenses and ratings through high school and college while also working part time for Infinity Flight Group on both the operations and maintenance sides of the business.
Tyler graduated from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and minor in Operations and Supply Chain Management.
After graduation, Tyler accepted the position of Project Manager for Infinity Flight Group. In this role he was first responsible for identifying the technical requirements necessary to establish new inventory and management software systems. He then created and led the company-wide implementation of these systems. Later, his position expanded to include data analysis, forecasting, and process development across all departments of the company. In addition to his primary job at Infinity Flight Group, Tyler is also a corporate pilot for an international food distribution company.
